The Platform is owned by TVAM, operating from Shirur, Pune, Maharashtra, India – 412210 (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVAM, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, policies, or applicable laws.
- TVAM shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures (force majeure).
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shirur, Maharashtra.
