Refund & Return Policy

This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders or request a refund or replacement for clothing products purchased from TVAM (also known as SURBHI MUTHA).

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations will be accepted only within 14 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 4 days, and delivery will be completed within 14 days.
  • If the product received is not as described, not as shown, or does not meet expectations, please inform us within 14 days. An appropriate resolution will be provided after evaluation.
  • Products that include a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
  • Once a refund is approved by TVAM, it will be processed within 2 days through the original mode of payment.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 7 days, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for replacement.
  • Certain categories such as innerwear, accessories, customized, or altered garments may be non-returnable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. Return / Exchange Process

  • Once an approved return or exchange request is raised, you must send the product back as instructed.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for quality and compliance with this policy.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the product is received.
  • If approved after inspection, the refund, replacement, or exchange will be processed as per this policy.
