Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from TVAM, operated by Shriraj Enterprises.
Orders placed on tvam.store are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business daysfrom the date of order confirmation or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Order Processing
- Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Customized or stitched orders: Processing may take 5–8 business days before dispatch, if applicable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier service performance.
- International (if applicable): Estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
Shipping Methods & Charges
- India: Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.
- International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details are shared via registered email ID and/or SMS. Tracking updates depend on courier system scans. Customers may contact support with their order ID for assistance if tracking information does not update within a reasonable time.
Packaging & Inspection
Orders are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, customers are advised not to accept delivery and to notify us immediately with photos and the order ID for prompt resolution.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges as per courier policies. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
Processing Schedule & Cutoff
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time are considered received on the next business day.
Service Interruptions
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or peak-season demand. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
